Rental Duration:
Rentals are available for a minimum of [3 days] up to a maximum of 5 days.
Booking and Payment:
50% of the rental fee must be paid for reservation of the gown, and the remaining rental fee must be paid in full on the scheduled collection date.

Gown Condition:
The gown will be delivered in impeccable condition. Please notify us immediately if there are any concerns upon receipt.
We ensure all gowns are professionally cleaned and inspected before each rental.
Fitting and Alterations:
Fittings can be scheduled in-person at our location or through a virtual fitting session
We do not offer any form of alterations service to our gowns.
This is to maintain its original beauty, quality, and fit, delivering a premium experience to customers while minimizing potential risks and complications.
Late Fees:
Gowns returned after the agreed-upon rental period will be subject to late fees of S$50 per day.
Damage and Stains:
Customers are responsible for any damages or stains beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for repairs or cleaning.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made 2 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
Return Process:
Gowns must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date.
Late returns are subject to late fees.
Lost or Unreturned Gowns:
Customers are responsible for the full retail value of the gown in case of loss or failure to return the gown.
Rescheduling:
Requests for rescheduling the rental period are subject to availability and must be made at least [insert time frame, e.g., 72 hours] before the original event date.
